Sue at Number 11 is an Artist based in Worcestershire. She has been practising art since childhood and has always had a keen interest in creating art featuring the natural world. Now retired, Sue spent her career teaching special educational needs around Worcestershire and Gloucestershire. For most of her life, she has been creating using pencils and watercolours and began learning linocut in 2021. Her original linocuts are all hand sketched, hand carved and hand printed and she has participated in markets around her local area and Norwich, where her daughter lives. Outside of her art practice, she is a keen gardener and embroiderer, lovingly hand making gifts for family and friends.
